Creating and Managing Items

from Adding and Assigning Action Items

1. Write out action items: Begin by listing your tasks in the inbox section.

  • Type your task in the empty field section.

  • Tasks are automatically saved as you type.

2. Mark completed tasks: Tick off items as you complete them.

Assigning Items

- By default, tasks are assigned to you.

- You can easily reassign tasks by clicking the avatar and then 'X'. Search for team members by name to assign.

Adding Due Dates and More Details

- Click "due date" to open the calendar view and choose when the task should be completed.

- Select the desired due date from the calendar.

- Enhance your action items by:

Using the hamburger menu for more options:

- Adding goals

- Linking to Google Docs

- Adding URLs

- Removing due dates

Admin and Manager Functions

- Check team members' action items:

- Click on the name tag

- Navigate to the person's list.

- Create new sections:

- Click "New Section"

- Name the new section

- Click "Create"
