Objectives and KPIs

Once you access the Goals page, you will see two main sections: Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Objectives Section: Here, all the objectives are listed. By default, the objectives are active and tied to "My Objectives." You can sort the objectives from newest to oldest or oldest to newest, with the default setting being oldest to newest.

  • KPIs Section: This section lists all the KPIs. By default, it shows your active KPIs. KPIs can also be grouped and displayed by KPI type.

Filtering and Viewing Objectives

You can select an objective assignee to filter or jump into other objectives. Once you select the desired objective, click "Apply," which will display the objectives assigned to that person.

Alignment Viewing Options

You can view the alignment of objectives by selecting either the "Stacked View" or "Tree View." These views help you see how objectives are connected, providing a clear picture of the alignment within your organization.

Be default; goals are displayed in the list view, indicated by the selected middle icon. However, to view goals in an aligned format, where you can see how your goals are connected to another goal within the organisation, you can toggle to the Aligned view:

The aligned view visually represents the connections between goals and their parent or child objectives. In this view, you can also easily identify how key results are linked through cascaded key results.

You can click the stacked icon to understand the relationship between goals fully. This action reveals how goals are stacked relative to one another based on their level of connectedness.
