Accessing Billing Settings

Navigate to Workspace Settings: Start by going to your workspace settings. This is where you can manage all aspects of your workspace.

Select Billing: Within the workspace settings, find and click on the "Billing" section.

Choosing a Plan

Select a Plan Option: In the billing section, you'll be presented with different plan options. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Entering payment information

Enter Card Details: Once you've selected a plan, you'll need to enter your payment information, including your card details.

Payment based on seats

Pay Per Seat: Your billing will be based on the number of seats (i.e., users) you have on the platform.

Adding New Seats: Should you add new seats to your workspace, we will automatically charge you for the additional seats.

Applying discount codes

Enter Discount Code: If you have a discount code, you can apply it during the finalisation of your payment. This discount will be applied to your entire billing.

Add Seats and Codes Together: To maximise your savings, it's advisable to add all the seats you need and apply your discount codes at the same time. Please note that discount codes might not apply to seats added in the future.


Secure payment processing

Stripe Processing: All card information is securely processed by Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Privacy and Security: We do not store your card details on our servers. Every payment is securely handled by Stripe, ensuring your information remains private and secure.
